Parc Collserola is located on a hill just behind Barcelona. It is one of the largest parks in Europe, where in addition to diverse flora and fauna are Masies (traditional Catalan houses) and probably the best cycling and hiking trails in Barcelona. Every week there are organized excursions, and two nights a month are held to astronomical observations.
Warsaw's counterpart to Collseroli is Kampinos National Park, located on the north-west outskirts of Warsaw. I think it is most popular Park for capital of Poland if it comes to hiking, biking and also horse riding. In Kampinos Park there are marked trails of common length around 360km and very popular among Warsaw’s cyclists Kampinoski Cycle Route.
