Collserola
In Tokyo, as a natural park, we have something in the suburbs. Comparing to Barcelona , I think in Japan it is more used as a part of the nature. So in those parks, we have some rivers, paths and so on. Also some has a lake or a pond like Collserola. But the big difference is it is very apart from the city side. So usually we should take a bus or a car from the nearest train station and it will be like a day trip. And it is also used as a day trip place or a family weekends place. It does not exist as a thing in our daily life. And this type of park we can see them often in the west side of Tokyo,. Which has a big green area. So it is more connected to the mountains. In spring we go to have some drinks and lunches under the cherry blossom trees. And in the autumn we go tosee these colored trees in the parks. So in Tokyo, the natural parks are not a daily space for everyone like in Barcelona. It is more a seasonal thing and we go there when we have enough time to enjoy the place.
